Presbyterian Women

The Presbyterian Women meet the first Monday evening of each month. The PW Moderator for 2007 is Janice Roberts.

Purpose
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit,
we commit ourselves to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible Study;
to work for justice and peace,
and to build an inclusive, caring community of women
that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA)
and witnesses to the promise of God’s Kingdom.

          The PWO is able to carry on many projects during the year as a result of the money made by feeding the Glenwood Ruritan Club.  We appreciate everyone’s generosity of food, money and time.
